Nānākuli Housing Corporation (NHC) is a 501c (3) non-profit organization dedicated to making affordable housing and homeownership a possibility for all Native Hawaiians. Programs provided by NHC include classes on financial literacy, homebuyer education, post homeownership training for self-help home repair, foreclosure prevention and default intervention, and affordable housing options. NHC is certified as an approved agency by the NeighborWorks Center for Homeownership Education and Counseling (NCHEC) and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
